dCO2 SENSORS

Our dissolved CO2 probe measures CO2 from 10 mbar to 100 mbar (ca. 0.145 psig – 1.45 psig) partial pressures CO2. The probe shaft is 316S with a PTFE reinforced and exchangeable silicone membrane. The probe materials are generally-recognized-as-safe and meet the GRAS list.  Our OEM CO2 sensor is implemented in laboratory, portable and process application for biotech formulations. Higher concentrations for formulations such as beverage (beer) are not covered by our system.

Contact our team today for defining the measurement parameters, shape, size and material compatibility for your new sensor.

Dissolved CO2 Sensors

CO2 is commonly measured in fermentation broths such as beer, wine, anti-biotics to optimize yield, purification, flavoring, and production time. It is also measured in industrial waters such as pulp-and-paper and CO2 injection in upstream oil and gas, and refining processes.

Our dissolved CO2 probe measures CO2 from 10 mbar to 500 mbar (ca. 0.145 psig – 7.25 psig) partial pressures CO2. The dissolved carbon dioxide probe can be used in hygienic environments with cGMP and FDA compliance with clean-in-place (CIP) design for sterilization and autoclave conditions.

We can customize our OEM dCO2 sensor for laboratory, portable and process applications.

Attention: our dCO2 sensor is only useable for biotech application from 10 up to about 500 mbar pCO2. Higher concentrations as for beverage (beer) are not covered by our system.
