dO2 SENSORS

Electrochemical dissolved oxygen sensors are the most widely used sensors because they can be employed in situ for laboratory, automation and online measurements. Our custom dO2 sensors are designed for rapid aqueous measurements.

We measure dissolved oxygen from 100 ppm to 100 %.  They are 316S with a PTFE reinforced and exchangeable silicone membrane. These materials are generally-recognized-as-safe and meet the GRAS list.  Designed for Biotech, they are used in microbial cultures, cell cultures, drinking water, wastewater, fermentation broths, beer, wine, and fruit juices.   The dissolved oxygen probe can be used in hygienic environments with cGMP and FDA compliance with clean-in-place (CIP) design.
