We design accurate & robust OEM combined pH sensors for aqueous measurements in laboratory, automation and process analytics with integrated temperature sensors and standard connector options. All pH sensors are according to IP67 and some have ATEX rating options.
We offer suitable electrodes for inline pH measurements for the chemical industry, Pharma and Biotech applications. Pre-pressurized sensors elevate pressure ratings to as high as 4 bar, and high temperature insulators and materials allow temperature ratings as high as 135 °C. The shaft diameters are 12 mm, and various lengths can be chosen based upon connectivity and liquid level. Our sleeve diaphragm technology is ideal for liquids that are batch stirred or flowing in process streams. The diaphragm creates a consistent outflow of electrolyte around the sensor for stabilized pH readings. All pH sensors are available with analogue or digital communication.

For Chemistry application
The Inline sensors 250/350 are combined pH sensors with integrated temperature sensor (Pt1000) to perform inline pH measurements in chemical processes which require demanding sensor specifications. They both are pre-pressurized sensors, and thus they can measure on process conditions of up to 4 bar, without any complications. Additionally, all sensors fulfill EU ATEX directives, thus they can be used in locations classified as hazardous areas. Available as digital RS485 or analogue version.
For Biotechnology and Pharma
The Inline sensors 200 and 300 are combined pH sensors with integrated temperature sensor (Pt1000) to perform inline pH measurements for Biotech and Pharma applications which require demanding sensor specifications. They have been designed with a silver scavenger to avoid silver ions contaminating the process sample thus interfering with the process.
Our Inline 200 sensor can be used up to 1bar within a temperature range of 0-80°C and is available in different lent. The sensor is fully autoclavable up to 130°C and can be used in the pH measurement range from 0 to 12.
Our Inline 300 sensor can be used up to 4bar (pre-pressurized) within a temperature range of 0-120°C and is available in different lent. The sensor is fully autoclavable up to 130°C and can be used in the pH measurement range from 0 to 12.
