We design accurate & robust OEM combined pH sensors for aqueous measurements in laboratory, automation and process analytics with integrated temperature sensors and standard connector options. All pH sensors are according to IP67 and some have ATEX rating options.
We offer suitable electrodes for inline pH measurements for the chemical industry, Pharma and Biotech applications. Pre-pressurized sensors elevate pressure ratings to as high as 4 bar, and high temperature insulators and materials allow temperature ratings as high as 135 °C. The shaft diameters are 12 mm, and various lengths can be chosen based upon connectivity and liquid level. Our sleeve diaphragm technology is ideal for liquids that are batch stirred or flowing in process streams. The diaphragm creates a consistent outflow of electrolyte around the sensor for stabilized pH readings. All pH sensors are available with analogue or digital communication.

For chemical and biotech applications
The Inline sensors are combined pH sensors with integrated temperature sensor
(Pt1000) and ceramic diaphragms to perform inline pH measurements in chemical
and biotech processes which require demanding sensor specifications. They both
are pre-pressurized sensors, and thus they can measure on process conditions of
up to 4 bars, without any complications. Additionally, sensors are designed to
fulfill EU ATEX directives on demand, if required they can be used in locations
classified as hazardous areas. The sensor dedicated for biotech applications is
fully autoclavable up to 135°C. Available as digital RS485 or analogue versions
with VP4.
Our Inline sensor can be used up to 1 barg within a temperature range of 0-80°C and is available in different lengths. The sensor is fully autoclavable up to 135°C and can be used in thepH measurement range from 0 to 12.
Our Inline sensor can be used up to 4bars within a temperature range up to 120°C, has a pre-pressurized reference system with sleeve diaphragm and is available in different lengths. The sensor can be used in the pH measurement range from 0 to 14. It is dedicated to harsh applications. Due to the symmetrical sleeve diaphragm the sensor orientation is independent to flow direction of the process media. Available as digital RS485 or analogue versions with VP.
