Our OEM customers service a variety of market segments. Their end users reside in the academic, oil/gas, health care, food/beverage, pharmaceutical, military/defense, solar, semiconductor, and aerospace industries. Our products are integrated into laboratory, field (handheld/portable), process and clinical diagnostic industries.
From the control room to the sample our laser diodes, spectrometers and probes are built to survive hostile environmental conditions for cold, heat, pressure, and humidity. Our clients have inserted their devices into dust and water ingress, and corrosive environments for IP65, ATEX and NEMA 4X certifications. We assist in enabling communications with ethernet, telemetry via analog 4-20 mA, and digital Modbus protocols.
Diagnostic markets for clinical labs and point-of-care (POC) require extensive regulatory approvals and good manufacturing practices. Some of our facilities have certified manufacturing practices under Medial ISO 13485:2016.
ISO 13485:2016 is the standard for a Quality Management System (“QMS”) for the design and manufacture of Medical Devices. Certification to the standard requires an organization's quality management system to pass a third-party Medical Device Single Audit Program, or “MDSAP” Audit.
Our products in the lab contribute to quantitative (concentrations) measurements, and qualitative for pass/fail/verification and identification. Our components are integrated into large and small footprint systems resting on the laboratory bench.
